So on top of my teas i'm attempting bone broth every morning and evening. I'm starting out with 8oz in the morning and 8oz before I go to bed. Again I've heard tells of wonders for both acne prone skin and gut health. Once again.... stay tuned to see if I can stick this out. I'll post the broths i've tried and reviews!

We're just going to laugh about this one right now. God i'm trying, I lack some serious motivation. Maybe i'll share that "body builder" body on here one day, may spur some more desire to get back to that. Until then I need this thyroid checked, anyone have Hashimoto's and want to share some experiences with me?
I LOVE sushi. I could literally eat it everyday and not get tired of it. After the birth of my daughter it was my first go to food.
Unfortunately now... anytime I eat sushi I feel so overly full and bloated. UGH!! Why??
